Dressed in brightly colored onesies and last minute DIY creations, participants of Dance Marathon took full advantage of the various themed shifts that took place over 26 hours.

Ambassadors from Camp Kindle, a camp for young people affected with HIV and AIDS, were invited to Dance Marathon to speak on behalf of the Project Kindle Foundation. Ambassadors were assigned to a color team and encouraged to dance with Dance Marathon participants for 26 hours.

Faces of Dance Marathon 2013
Daily Bruin’s Spectrum set up a photo booth in Ackerman Grand Ballroom during the 2013 UCLA Dance Marathon to snap portraits of dancers and participants. We met a variety of people in bright outfits and bandana headbands who still had energy, even late into the night.
