Representatives from Theta Xi fraternity and Bruins United are saying that the mistaken endorsement of a contested position in this year’s undergraduate student government elections was a miscommunication among party supporters.
An advertisement that ran in the Daily Bruin on Monday listed Theta Xi as an endorser of the entire Bruins United slate.
After the UCLA softball team played Arizona on May 5, 2012, Daily Bruin reporter Tyler Drohan asked several seniors on the team to reflect on their last home series and the rivalry between the Bruins and the Wildcats.

Friday night, the audience of UCLA students in a full Los Angeles Tennis Center cheered their way through roughly two hours of Spring Sing 2012, along with a large contingent of celebrity guest judges that included members of “The Sing Off” winner Pentatonix, former NFL star Michael Strahan and UCLA alumna and musician Sara Bareilles.
