I covered a lot of ground this week in my column, but I think I was most impressed with the architecture of downtown Los Angeles. At one point, we made our way down to the building that hosts the Grand Central Market. From the roof you can see a lot of Los Angeles: the Los Angeles Public Library, the Los Angeles Times office, the Federal Building and several gleaming high-rises.
