The University of California entered a long-term agreement on a bond offering to finance projects at UCLA, UC Berkeley and UC San Diego, university officials said Wednesday.
The fact that investors are making this type of long-term investment shows tremendous faith in the university, said UC spokeswoman Dianne Klein.
