UCLA men’s volleyball prepares for final regular seasons home games before MPSF playoffs

Redshirt sophomore libero Evan Mottram yelled as he drop-kicked the ball into the wall. Tension was in the air after a missed dig during practice. But this late in the season, tension is unavoidable for UCLA men’s volleyball, which will play in its final two regular season home games this weekend.

As the UCLA men’s volleyball team’s practice was coming to a close, sophomore outside hitter Gonzalo Quiroga clapped his hands together in frustration as he missed a dig off of a serve. Quiroga silently retook his position, determined to do it right.
