Food Review: Cha Cha Cha

If you’re looking for a change of pace, definitely try Cha Cha Cha. Whether it’s a fun date for two or a large party of ten, Cha Cha Cha won’t disappoint. As you walk in, the ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant really stands out – upbeat music plays in the background and although the lighting is dim, brightly colored lights and lanterns bring a festive and warm feel to this establishment.

(im)Perception: Arts Party at the Hammer

(im)Perception Arts Party was held at the Hammer Museum on April 9. Attendees could participate in various workshops held by artists Chris Reilly, Andrew Cannon and Sarah Dougherty. Galleries and performances were also set up throughout the Hammer Museum courtyard and food trucks were available outside. The event has become an annual party organized by the Hammer Student Association.

UCLA Library Edible Book Festival

The UCLA Library Edible Book Festival was held in Powell Library on Friday. Submissions were accepted from individuals and groups across campus. They were judged by three judges and those who attended the festival. Undie Run, Winter Quarter 2013

In keeping with finals week tradition, students gathered at the intersection of Strathmore and Gayley Wednesday night to partake in the unofficial quarterly Undie Run. A few hundred students, in various stages of undress, followed the traditional route through the Strathmore tunnel, up Westwood Plaza toward campus, down Janss Steps and back up Bruin Walk.
