A few days after writing a column comparing Rick Neuheisel to the McDonald’s McRib, I decided it was time to expand my culinary and journalistic horizons.
So it was that I found myself in an establishment where sport and sandwich truly coalesce.
Every once in a while a particular event will make you question everything, force you to decide once and for all whether you’re on one side of the fence or the other.

The guys will be joined by quarterback Richard Brehaut to talk UCLA football. Some technical difficulties with the phone line prevented him from getting through to the hosts last week. Those kinks have been worked out and he finally makes it on the show this week.
