A UCLA student was arrested amid violent protests against today’s California State University tuition increase, police said.
About 300 people, 25 from UCLA, rallied outside the chancellor’s office at CSU Long Beach, where the trustees’ meeting was held to vote on a 9 percent tuition hike.
