The first major hit Blizzard Entertainment created, “Warcraft” is a real-time strategy game set in the world of Azeroth. Since the release of “Warcraft” in 1994, Blizzard has produced “Warcraft II,” “Warcraft III” and”World of Warcraft.” The games pushed the limits of multiplayer RTS games.

Band of Bruins gets its wings in Red Bull Flugtag competition
Band of Bruins, a group of five UCLA students, created a large bear aircraft to compete in Red Bull’s Flugtag competition, held August 21 in Long Beach. Teams constructed homemade flying machines and launched them off of a 30-foot platform into Rainbow Harbor.

Urge senator to push for DREAM
Eight UC students have committed to going hungry until California Sen. Dianne Feinstein pushes the Development, Relief and Education of Alien Minors Act out of the Judiciary Committee to a vote in the Senate. I joined the students on Wednesday and began my fast for the DREAM.
