Hostile Hosts: Cal beats up on UCLA in first half, leads 28-0

UCLA is going to be “hella” glad it doesn’t have to play any more Bay Area teams this season. Taking into account Cal’s first-half domination of the Bruins in Berkeley, it’s now Bay Area (Stanford Cal) 63, UCLA 0 in 2010. Everything has been golden for Cal thus far, and it has been an especially big day for star running back Shane Vereen. The junior has 159 total yards and two rushing touchdowns; UCLA, by comparison has just 57 yards of total offense.
