After No. 15 UCLA (4-1, 2-1 Pac-10) handed the No. 16 Arizona State Sun Devils (0-3, 0-1) a 195-105 loss on Friday, the Bruins suffered their first loss of the season to the top-ranked Arizona Wildcats (2-1, 1-1), 157-121 on Saturday.

The No. 15 UCLA women’s swimming and diving team (3-0, 1-0 Pac-10) has been training for meets like these all year.

Last Friday, in a tri-meet that featured Oregon State (1-3, 0-2 Pac-10) and UC Santa Barbara (2-1), the No. 15 UCLA women’s swim team (3-0, 1-0 Pac-10) fed off each others’ performances to defeat the Beavers, 174-71 and the Gauchos, 161-84.
