University police are looking for a man who stole backpacks from the racks outside of De Neve dining hall last week.
On July 30 at about 5:30 p.m., the man removed two backpacks from outside of the dining hall, according to a police report released today. The first backpack contained a laptop and an iPod while the second backpack held an iPad and money.
The man is described in the report as white, 20 to 30 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 160 pounds. He has brown hair and was wearing a blue UCLA T-shirt with gray shorts and black shoes at the time of the theft.
