University police are investigating a report of a man entering a student’s apartment this morning at 10900 Roebling Ave.
The man was described as black, 20- to 25-years-old, 6 foot, 2 inches and 160 pounds, according to a police statement released today. He came into the apartment through an unlocked door at 4 a.m, according to the statement.
The man was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, black skinny jeans and white socks, according to the statement.
The student was sleeping on her couch when the man sat down and brushed up against her foot. She turned on her light and asked the man to leave, which he did, according to the statement.
University police recommend students routinely lock doors and windows and report any suspicious activity.
