Akeem Ayers
Football/redshirt junior/linebacker
Ayers started all 12 games for UCLA and was a second-round draft pick for the Tennessee Titans, where he will be joining Bruin alumnus Alterraun Verner.
Victor Chavez
Soccer/freshman/forward
Chavez led the Pac-10 with 10 goals, three of them game-winners, and was an All-Pac-10 Second-Team selection.
Gerrit Cole
Baseball/junior/right-handed pitcher
Cole compiled 119 strikeouts as the anchor for UCLA’s rotation. He is expected to be a top-three pick in the MLB Draft.
Ben Hohl
Men’s water polo/senior/attacker
Hohl led the team in goals (42) and posted three four-goal games.
Reeves Nelson
Men’s basketball/sophomore/power forward
Nelson led the Bruins in rebounding (9.1), scoring (13.9) and field goal percentage (.567).
Kelly Easterday
Women’s water polo/senior/defender
Easterday was named an honorable mention to the All-MPSF Team for the second straight year. She also started all 30 matches and scored 23 goals.
Maya Johansson
Women’s tennis/senior/right-handed
Johansson posted an overall record of 23-7 in singles play after transferring from Georgia Tech.
Donna Kerr
Softball/senior/right-handed pitcher
Kerr led the team in ERA (2.38) and tallied 182 strikeouts in 170 innings pitched. She recorded three shutouts, one in an NCAA Tournament win over Jacksonville.
Sydney Leroux
Women’s soccer/junior/forward
Leroux led UCLA with 13 goals, six of them game-winners. She was selected as a Third-Team NSCAA All-American and First-Team All-Pac-10.
Darxia Morris
Women’s basketball/senior/guard
Morris started every game and led the Bruins in scoring with 12.2 points per game. She was named to the All-Pac-10 First Team with junior forward Jasmine Dixon.
