The Undergraduate Students Association Council is the official student government of UCLA’s undergraduate students. Council meetings are Tuesdays at 7 p.m. in Kerckhoff 417 and are open to all students.
Special Presentations
- Budget Review Director Matthew Love and Finance Committee Chair Isaac Rose presented funding guidelines to the board that will be used to assess how much money various student groups will receive for the upcoming school year.
Fund Allocations
- Finance Committee Chair Isaac Rose’s contingency allocations were passed with a unanimous vote.
Officer Reports
- External Vice President Cristopher Santos talked about the upcoming UCSA and USSA meetings, as well as his office’s Travel and Advocacy Grant Committee.
- Academic Affairs Commissioner Suza Khy talked about her plans to create a UCLA textbook loan program.
- The council heard reports from various committees about progress being made toward John Wooden Day, which is set for his birthday on Oct. 14.
