Thank God that the Founder’s had the foresight to enshrine the second amendment. The LA Riots were not an “Uprising”. There were 63 deaths during the LA riots. This number would have surely been higher if those brave Korean Americans did not enforce their right to defend their families and property. I don’t see this in any way being a “cultural misunderstanding”, but rather an instance of nasty race based violence against a successful ethnic minority group.
