Appetizer: Mozzarella, Tomato, and Oregano
Ingredients: Slices of Mozzarella (for two) 1 medium sized tomato
Oregano (Litehouse freeze-dried) ½ teaspoon olive oil ½
teaspoon red wine vinegar Salt and pepper to taste
Heart-shaped cookie-cutter
Directions: Slice mozzarella cheese and cut into heart shapes,
then arrange on a plate by overlapping them with tomato slices.
Spoon oil and vinegar over them, sprinkle oregano, then add salt
and pepper to taste. Serve with olives.

Main Course: Classic Angel Hair with Olives and
Oregano Ingredients: 6 oz. angel hair pasta 2 cups
spaghetti sauce (Ragu Robusto with chopped tomato, olive oil and
garlic) 1 cup olives (sliced into quarters) Oregano (Litehouse
freeze-dried) Pepper to taste Parsley for garnish
Directions: Boil water and add pasta. Stir occasionally for 4-5
minutes or until noodles are tender. Drain and then rinse with cold
water. Add olives to sauce and heat in a pan and bring to a boil,
stirring occasionally. Let simmer for a few minutes. Add noodles
into the sauce and stir well. Place in a large dish for two,
sprinkle oregano and pepper, and add parsley on top.

Dessert: Heart-shaped apple tart Ingredients:
Pepperidge Farm pastry sheets (frozen section) 1 medium sized apple
½ teaspoon sugar ¼ teaspoon butter 1 teaspoon apricot
jam
Directions: Preheat oven to 415º F. Cut thin slices of
apple (unpeeled) while waiting for pastry sheet to defrost. Cut a
heart shape about 3 1/2-4 inches in length into the pastry sheet,
then place apples inside to fit the shape. Sprinkle sugar evenly,
add butter on top. Bake in oven for about 10-15 minutes or until
golden brown. Heat jam into liquid state, then brush it onto the
apple tart evenly. Serve cool.
