UCLA Athletics released an official football spring practice schedule Wednesday. The schedule includes 14 spring practices starting April 1 before the April 26 Spring Showcase to conclude the training season.

Practices will be held at Spaulding Field and will be made open to the public. The Spring Showcase will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Apr. 26, with an announcement about its location “to be made in the coming weeks,” according to a UCLA press release.

The Bruins finished the 2013-2014 season, coach Jim Mora’s second at UCLA, with a 10-3 record, including a 42-12 victory over Virginia Tech in the Sun Bowl on Dec. 31.

UCLA opens the 2014-2015 season on Aug. 30 at Virginia. The Bruins finished the 2013-2014 season with a No. 16 ranking and were ranked No. 7 in ESPN’s “Way-Too-Early Top 25” rankings for the upcoming football season.
