Therapy dogs dressed in Halloween costumes visited patients at Mattel Children’s Hospital UCLA on Thursday. This event was organized by the UCLA People-Animal Connection, the hospital’s animal-assisted therapy program. From 10:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m., 10 human and canine volunteer teams went around the hospital delivering treats to the children and taking photos with them. The dogs were dressed in a variety of costumes such as butterflies and showgirls.
