UCLA softball played in the Los Angeles regional of the NCAA championships this weekend. On Friday, sophomore pitcher Johanna Grauer threw a no-hitter against Cal State Bakersfield leading the Bruins to a 7-0 victory. On Saturday, UCLA beat Cal State Fullerton by one run, and on Sunday, the Titans were back to face the Bruins in the championship game of the double-elimination tournament. UCLA had two chances to put Cal State Fullerton away and succeeded to do so the first time around, winning 5-4.
