A UCLA student was arrested Tuesday for allegedly inappropriately touching three children during a UCLA women’s soccer match at Drake Stadium on Sept. 25.

University police arrested the 25-year-old fourth-year student on suspicion of a lewd act involving a 14-year-old child, said UCPD spokesperson Nancy Greenstein.

UCPD put out an alert Saturday that said the student was wanted after he fled from event staff following the incident. Greenstein said police arrested him Tuesday at the UCPD headquarters in Westwood Plaza.

The student is being held at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in downtown Los Angeles and being held on a $100,000 bail, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff records.

The case is still under investigation. No further information was immediately available.
