For the first time in three years, the UCLA men’s basketball team will not have to take the much-dreaded trip into the Rocky Mountains during Pac-12 play.
The Bruins’ Pac-12 conference matchups were announced Monday, and the two-game road series against Colorado and Utah was not included on UCLA’s schedule. Over the past two years, that has proven to be one of the Bruins’ most daunting road trips. UCLA lost both of its games in the Rocky Mountains series last year, one of which was a 32-point dismantling at Utah. The year before that, UCLA went 1-1 in the Rocky Mountains series.
UCLA will, however, still have road games against the two Pac-12 teams with the best home records last year: Arizona and Oregon. The Bruins’ full Pac-12 schedule is below. The home games are listed in bold.
