The UCLA-USC rivalry is one of the most storied in the history of college rivalries.
Over the years, the crosstown rivalry has fueled family feuds, vandalism and even prompted the creation of special groups to protect campus landmarks. At UCLA, the rivalry heats up during “Blue and Gold Week” and the Beat ‘SC rally, held a few days before the football teams face off for the annual game. UCLA football’s record is 29-44-7 against USC. Last year, the UCLA football team defeated USC for the first time since 2006. This year, the Bruins take on the Trojans Saturday, Nov. 30 at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.
