Four Apple MacBook Pro silver laptop computers and a black iPhone 5 were stolen from a Roebling Avenue apartment on Thursday, according to a university police bulletin released Monday.
The person who stole the computers and cell phone entered the apartment near the corner of Roebling Avenue and Landfair Avenue through an unlocked front door at about 8:50 p.m., according to the bulletin.
UCPD recommends students lock their doors and windows and do not invite strangers into their residences.
The case is still under investigation. Anyone with additional information can contact UCPD at (310) 825-9371.

maybe one of the “illegal aliens”
What is it with students and this resistance to lock their doors? The students are not to blame of course for having their stuff stolen, but they should be more responsible about their belongings.
Also Ken, that is a pretty racist/stereotypical comment. Doubt you care anyway though, because you made such an ignorant comment in the first place.
This apartment has no gate and is accessible to anyone on the street. These students didn’t fully use their brain capacity.
