The Daily Bruin asked students, “How do you feel about Ron Paul coming to campus?” Here’s what they had to say:

Kaitlin Sharpe
Thrid-year, business economics student

“I just never thought he would actually come. I am excited, he is an interesting man. Some of his stuff makes me laugh really hard, but a lot of his ideas are very plausible. I like his hands-off, freedom-oriented approach.”

Andrew Miller
Third-year, philosophy and political science student

“I think that is great for Ron Paul and for students. I don’t really like Ron Paul because he has a fortune cookie brand of explaining issues, but I would like to see a presidential candidate speak.”

Christina Der Sarkissian
Fourth-year, business economics student

“It is pretty exciting. He is a candidate people at UCLA seem to be supporting. He has a large youth following.”
