UCLA has the sixth-highest international student population among American universities, public or private, according to a report released today.
The Open Doors report is released by the Institute of International Education in conjunction with the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs. It shows that the largest international student population in the United States belongs to USC, as it has for the past 10 years.
Nationally, the total number of international students increased by 5 percent last year. California is the leader, with 96,535 students ““ up 2 percent from last year.
