Bieber fever embodied in products

With the flick of the bangs and a wink of the eye, Justin Bieber has already gotten you to fall in love with him.

OK, that may not be the case for everyone, but for the large population of Bieber fans out there, this whole schtick has moved millions of units of Justin Bieber merchandise from the stores into the bedrooms of the average 9-year-old girl, or maybe the average 19-year-old girl. For every critic of the Bieber machine, there are tens of thousands of “Beliebers” willing to defend their mop-haired puppy – armed with their Bieber screen tees and matching duvet covers.

In this week’s Fashion or Whatever column, I analyze the power of the Bieber and his line of products which include nail polish named after the boy singer’s songs. It seems a Bieber fan is incomplete without “One Less Lonely Glitter” on their nails.
