The Undergraduate Students Association Council is the official student government of UCLA’s undergraduate students. Council meetings are Tuesdays at 7 p.m. in Kerckhoff 417 and are open to all students.

“¢bull; Patty Zimmerman gave councilmembers their formal ASUCLA e-mail accounts. Additionally, officers’ stipend forms will be due in June and must be signed by Jasmine Hill, USAC president, while Hill’s form must be signed by the internal vice president.
Officer Reports
“¢bull; President Jasmine Hill asked council members to write a summary of their platforms and goals so information about all the offices can be sent to student organizations on campus with large memberships, to see if their members are interested in applying for positions. Standing committees within the council have been formed, including Appointment Review Committee, Constitutional Review Committee and Budget Review Committee.
“¢bull; Internal Vice President Stephanie Lucas met with university police, including spokeswoman Nancy Greenstein, to discuss ways for university police to work with IVP and to address liability and sustainability issues. She also met with the Panhellenic executive treasurer to discuss educating the Greek community about USAC.
“¢bull; Academic Affairs Commissioner Susa Khy is looking to gather more statistics on the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and nontraditional students. She hopes to use as a model the “Count Me In” campaign, which was passed a few years ago and added more ethnic categories to UC admissions applications.
