Proposition 1A: No "Everyone would love to see a high-speed rail travel the state; however, Proposition 1A is not a bill that would effectively accomplish this…"

Proposition 2: Yes "Proposition 2 was narrowly endorsed by our board with a vote of 4-3 and has been highly controversial because of the current economic crisis facing the state…"

Proposition 3: Yes "By approving Proposition 3, Californians can continue the efforts of public and private nonprofit children’s hospitals to offer premium health care to children who cannot afford it…"

Proposition 4: No "Proposition 4 sounds good in theory…"

Proposition 5: No "While we have tremendous appreciation for efforts that promote drug rehabilitation and other beneficial programs for incarcerated felons, Proposition 5 would not greatly improve the rehabilitation of these inmates and would create an unnecessary financial burden on the state…"

Proposition 6: No "Proposition 6 would funnel more unnecessary funding toward state programs, creating a potentially $965-million burden on Californians and irresponsibly target youth who commit crimes…"

Proposition 12: Yes "Veterans of the United States military deserve much better treatment and benefits, and any push to improve these meets our approval…"
