Petty Theft A purse and its contents, worth a
total of $250, was stolen from the Wooden Center bag shelves on
March 16.

A laundry room card, detergent and laundry basket worth a total
of $65 was stolen from a laundry room at 3155 Sepulveda Blvd. on
March 14.

Grand Theft Oxygen tanks worth $500 were stolen
from a construction site at Boelter Hall between March 17 and March
18.

Tools worth $800 were stolen from inside a camper parked at
11130 Rose Ave. between March 17 and March 18. A stereo and dental
equipment worth a total of $3,000 was stolen from a car parked in
the same area between March 16 and March 17.

A laptop and accessories worth $1,365 were stolen from the
Student Activities Center basement on March 17.

Someone smashed a car window and stole jackets, needle pins and
other items worth a total of $427 between March 16 and March
17.

A laptop worth $2,000 was stolen from a room in the Life
Sciences building between March 12 and March 15.

Five triple infusion pumps worth a total of $30,000 were stolen
from the Center for Health Sciences between January 2002 and March
2004.

Miscellaneous A construction vehicle hit a fire
hydrant outside Rieber and Hedrick Halls on March 17.

Someone ran down a hallway in Rieber Hall and tried to jump
through a closed window on March 16. The window was smashed and a
wall was dented.

Someone took out a $10,000 loan over the internet using someone
else’s name on Nov. 12, 2003.
